Merrimack Friends & Families. delivered to the town Welfare Department backpacks filled with supplies for 50 kids from 26 families in Merrimack, just in time for school.

This is the seventh time that Merrimack Friends and Families has participated in the project. This year, the club supplied kids entering kindergarten up to high school-age with various items, from pencils and crayons to calculators and scissors. The backpacks are donated to children in the community in need to help ease the financial burden of parents.
